This is undoubtedly one of the toughest and challenging treks that we have to offer. The route you will have to follow will partly overlap with the route of the famous Snowman Trek, which is supposedly world’s toughest trek. This exhausting 9 days trek will take you to the Duer Hot springs, which are perhaps the most amazing hot springs of the Himalayas.
The trail involves a number of steep ascents and descents that covers altitudes as high as 3000 to 4700m. However, in spite of all the difficulty that you have to confront, it is one of the most popular treks, mainly because the effort that you give is well worth as you get to see the most beautiful landscapes on the planet. You will trail through dense forests of hemlock, spruce, maple, and juniper. You have to brave through regions that are thronged by Blue Sheep, Musk Deer, and even highly ferocious Himalayan Black Bears. The best time for this highly challenging trek is between March and April and again from September to November.
